We have a small school atmosphere, classes are small, and teachers are close to their students. There is always help if students ask for it. My parents went to this school, I graduated from this school, and I am proud to know that my children will all graduate from here as well. Go Sailors!!

Overall the administration does a good job. They are involved in the community, attend activities and try to establish relationships with the students.

Within this past year a new security system have been put on the elementary and high school entrances. This is a buzzer system that allows our secretaries to see the person who wants go into the school. This makes me feel safe in my school because there is less on a chance that an intruder will get into my school. At least once a month we have fire drills to practice so students are safe. We also do multiple tornado and intruder drills throughout the year. This makes me feel safe because if these situations were to occur I have an idea of what I would need to do in those situations. With all of the precautions my school takes gives me a sense of safety when I am at school.

I am currently enrolled in Sutherland Public and enjoy every moment of it. The class sizes are small to medium sized which means everyone gets the individual attention they deserve. The smaller size of school means that their is more budgeting room for feild trips and other enhancing activities. The...
