The teachers are nice, in that they care personally about the students. But the academics are not at all rigorous, there are not many electives (eg. no visual arts), lots of behavioral issues among students. I wish there were higher standards, both in terms of academic achievement and personal character/behavior.

The people at Tallassee High School make me feel welcome. It is like a family that never gives up on you. I would not change my school for a minute. I love the music department the most because it is what I am most involved in.
