Overall this school has not put any effort into college readiness. Classes are simple enough to pass because all assignments are just put to us online with no instructional time.

My experience with Tavares high school has been very good, within my 4 years at Tavares I can say that I have built relationships with many of my teachers along my years at Tavares.

I have enjoyed my time at Tavares High School. I have had the opportunity to be involved in various sports and clubs. The teachers are supportive and help prepare you for college and career readiness.

NOT A good choice if you have a student who excels in academics. After completing all graduation requirements in 3 years, my student could not attend a 7th period band class and attend Lake Tech full time . Lake Tech gave her some hands on experience in her field that she is pursing in College. Band...

Academically this school has a lot to offer, however be warned parents there is a group of truly bad students that are often involved or talking about doing unspeakable things as well as fighting. Make sure your children know how to pick friends and this school can be a blessing
