The best part of Taylor preparatory high school is you can meet really great helpful teachers. The worst part is administration makes unhelpful rules and make the lives of their students harder.

The student body is small, so eventually you'll get to know many of the same people in your grade, the staff size also relatively small so you can develop connections and get advice on not just school but college information as well. The school often has school events as college related ones for those planning to go(ubcluding monthly college visits). Good school for college prep.

This is a great school if you're child is struggling academically or if they are looking for opportunities to grow. The grading system is designed so students not only pass tests but understand the subject. There are many AP opportunities and dual enrollment courses. The staff is very friendly and the school is small. Overall a great experience.

it’s alot of stuff I can say about Taylor prep. Lunch is utterly disgusting, teachers come and go and some can barley teach. All the deans/principals etc have favoritism to some students and it’s very known and sad. Requirements for the school are stupid and you might have to take the same class ove...

This school says it’s nice but it is the opposite you have staff members that put their money first over the students not once I been in this school felt comfortable and encouraged to learn. It felt like they didn’t even care about you they just throw a packet at your face and expect you to know it....

The school overall is horrible, to start off the dress code is horrible you can’t wear any hooded jackets, we live in Michigan in the freezing code and our kids can’t wear anything to be warm. Don’t even start on the food, the food is barely edible the mashed potatoes are rock solid, the chicken tas...

This school is not good for college readiness at all. There are very few AP classes or classes that aren't the bare minimum graduation requirements. Taylor High has engineering and cooking classes but here? nope. The work is not challenging and all feels like filler. Teachers come and go like nothin...
