The Greater Dayton School is awesome school. My child has attended GDS since the first year it opened. I love that it holds students and parents to high standards. I love that GDS want's families to be involved. I do wish that they could be a little more mindful of working parents. Some parents are single hard working parents or have tricky illnesses and can't do all of the volunteer hours. If a parent works from 5am to 5pm how are the expected to be at the school as well. They also have to go home make dinner and prepare their children for the next day. So I would like to see more weekend volunteer hours opportunities. Over all I love the experience that GDS has giving me and my child. She is on track and where she needs help it's always giving with GDS awesome staff.

It's a very good school. It's a hard working school and it's very good for the kids. I hope my kids can keep going because they do a lot for them. My daughter and son both really like going here and I hear nothing but good things from them and I can see they are learning. They have been here since the 1st grade and 3rd grade and they have been involved in many things since they started and I am very grateful that they have had the opportunity to do so. There is nothing I would change

The Greater Dayton School is amazing. It is one of the best schools in the state of Ohio if not the country. Everything is state of the art with the students needs in mind. My daughter is in their preschool program and is already reading. They keep the students engaged with a wide variety of specials and field trips. My daughter being able to attend is a blessing as the other elementary schools in the area do not compare.
