I have 2 children at Connor's. We have been at this school for 6 years. One is graduating from 5th grade and going to the public middle school. We are so impressed by the small school feel (smallest public elementary school out of the 3 elementary schools in town). All the families know each other and is such a lovely diverse group in the neighborhood. My kids have thrived including one in the G&T John Hopkins program. The other was slower to start and by the end of the year has surpassed my expectations. The teachers are the reason for their achievements. They care. They challenge. They visibility enjoy working at the school. The leadership is beyond impressive. The Principal and Vice Principal make such a great team. This is the school to be. A hidden gem in the SW corner of a Hoboken.

When it’s bad it’s BAD and the whole place (teachers, parents) seem like a cliquey mess. There are some wonderful teachers there, but the community seems fake, and serious issues are swept right under the rug.

Hidden gem! Connors has shaken it's old reputation and quickly become the premier elementary school in Hoboken. Incredible teachers, wonderful families, small community, and stellar performance make this the ideal school for our elementary school kids. So lucky and thankful we got in.

Connors school is a very good school. The management and staff are caring. Teachers are very professional. They are extremely invested in your childs learning experience. This is a small school and very family-like atmosphere. The principle and the Vice principle are doing a phenomenal job as well as the teachers and staff. The building is old but classes are well maintained.
