the best things at Thomas jefferson classical academy are the days we had tournaments like powder puff football or the volleyball tournament or the dodgeball tournament. worst part is probably how bad our sports teams are because most of them suck besides the running ones like track and soccer

Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy is a welcoming school. I had the honor of joining Thomas Jefferson in my 7th Grade year. I'm now a junior and I can honestly say that my experiences here for the past 5 years has made a wonderful impact on my life. The staff care about your education. They teach you skills that will help you to navigate real life experiences. The students are very supportive of one another, they have become more like family than just friends. Thomas Jefferson changed my outlook on life. Before attending this school I was really quiet, I didn't like to be called upon in class. Now I have look forward to being called upon, because I'm more confident. I enjoy working alongside my teachers and peers. I don't feel different, I'm very confident in tasks that are set before me. I couldn't imagine where I would have been without the strong supports that were provided. This school will make any adjustments that are necessary to make sure that there students are successful.

I'm a new student my senior year and I expected that to be difficult but TJCA, along with its students, have been incredibly accepting. My teachers are constantly checking on me and help me to keep up with my grades to the best of their and my ability and, socially, the students do an awesome job to keep me involved. The students education definitely comes first here.
