What I liked about Thomasville High School was the many activities that students were able to do, from joining the Swim Team to becoming a member of ROTC, students were never limited to what they wanted to do.

I actually went to scholars academy that is associated with Thomasville High School. I liked the involvement the teachers had with helping the students. The school counselor made sure that we were prepared for collge classes. I would liked to see more parent meetings with teachers. Overall I know I am prepared for college because if the classes I took in high school.

Even when coupled with the "Scholars Academy", less then 60% of students pass the graduation test. They are in their 5th year of "school improvement" which means if they don't make AYP this year, the state could come in and take them over. Fortunately, the newspaper would never thing to publish anyt...

I think there's a lot of room for improvement and everyone likes to get behind the underdog... so it's all uphill from where the school is today to where it's going tomorrow.
