Some teachers put in the effort and make learning a great experience. However due to a small budget and small population the school's academics are lacking. No AP classes available and guidance can be self-guided.

Some of the better parts of school is that we have two libraries, with a lot of books. Thorp also has a lot of clubs so people can be involved in many ways. With the good there are bad as well. One thing is that could've been better is having the teachers we needed to have the correct classes. This year, my Junior Year, I'm back to having my 7th grade English teacher since they couldn't find a high school one.

There's a few teachers that are only there for the pay check, but the others are truly great. While attending there, I became close to quite a few staff and teachers. I'd pop into their class during breaks just to talk about life, ask for advice, and share accomplishments. For every bad teacher there, there's ten more caring teachers

My daughter attended this school for 8 years and the bullying is horrible the teachers are part of it sometimes. The school big click because there are a lot of parents that work and coach at the school so if you don't have the name or the money don't expect playtime or teachers help. I would recomm...

All my children attended this school and we left the district by the time our youngest was in high school. The disrespect and disruptions that were allowed in the classroom were very discouraging.
