In my children's experience, the ration of students to teachers is not nearly 15:1. My kids classes had 30+ kids. Overall, Tilden MS is an OK school. The experiences of the two of my kids there were different from each other. I appreciated some of the teachers my kids had. However, the admin staff was a pain to deal with.
