Being such a small town and school, the diversity, acceptance of others, and ability to be yourself is quite nearly impossible. There are a few teachers who were a beacon of light in such a negative and group-thinking space.

Timberlake Senior High has many good and bad qualities. Some of my favorite things are the school spirit, most teachers who show they care and want to help you succeed, and the best part is that the school offers lots of opportunities, such as school trips and dual enrollment classes with NNU. Some things that could be improved are diversity and acceptance, as well as bullying and clique problems.

When I attended Timberlake Senior High School, I had a good experience. All four years were great. I was very involved in the school and felt like I belonged!
