I have two kids at Toomer and they have thrived. The teachers are warm and excellent. The school is a community that I’m so grateful we found! My children are very different but have both found support, motivation and success at Toomer.

What a beautiful community we’re lucky to be a part of! We love the IB program, the restorative justice model for managing conflict, and the weekly bike bus. I appreciate the way the community is united in its mission to provide an inclusive education for all students.

My kids are thriving both socially and academically! I absolutely love this school Community parents and educators are all incredible and work together to make it a fun learning environment that is welcoming to all!

Toomer is a great community school. It doesn't have as high of an overall score as some other nearby schools because historically a higher percentage of families with privilege in the neighborhood have navigated to other schools that have higher Greatschools.org ratings because that makes them feel...
