I have had nothing but problems since day 1 since my daughter has gone to Cecelia clinton elementary school with bullying and education and the principal and most teachers are horrible and bullies them selves

School suffers from horrible administration. Which trickes down through teachers and staff to students. Principal is no help with anything other than suspending children and ridiculing staff.
