The best part of going to Valders Highschool were my peers and the teachers. Most of them were a positive experience in my walk through highschool. I disliked the lack of preparation that went into meals but other than that it was a positive and good experience. I would like to see change in the way that food is made and how teachers are paid and treated.

In the experiences I have had, the school nurse has been very helpful. I have broken my nose and severely sprained my ankle in gym class, and in these cases the school nurse was very helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable. My school does not have any extra security measures.

I believe that the academics at my school are average. Many teachers do a good job of teaching the students and giving them help when they need it. However, there are some teachers who seem to be reluctant to help, or do not put much effort into the actual teaching process.
