Overall, welch is an alright school. however, the extracurricular activities are lacking and the academics are just average. poor administration and lots of corruption. That's not to say all the teachers are bad, but a lot is overlooked due to the fact that the mayor is the music teacher and his brother is the superintendent.

My experience at Welch High School has been a fair one. All of the teachers are very helpful and I have learned a lot these past four years. They have definitely given me the tools and guidance I need for the university I'm planning to attend. Even though I've had some bad experiences, I wouldn't of wanted my high school career to end any other way.
