This school is ran like a concentration camp. They have to sit with their classrooms during lunch and can barely socialize with other students. The special needs children absolutely lack a sense of help and encouragement claiming that the special needs classrooms are too full.

In the Fall of 2010, my daughter transferred to West Hempfield Elementary School from a private school that she had attended since Kindergarten.
