My son was pulled from White Oak for many reasons. His IEP was not followed, nor could they even try. Brush Hill in West Spfld or Pathfinder in Palmer to learn a trade are other options. The employees seem miserable, but I would be too. Research other options for your child's sake.

My son who has Dyslexia attended White Oak for two years. We fought tooth and nail to get him into that school and two years later he was at the same reading level he entered. The administration has bullying policies and protocols they do not enforce. The teachers are not experienced, knowledgeable...

My child graduated from White Oak School. He attended the school for many years. School for a child with Dyslexia and ADHD is very challenging. I don't know what we would have done without White Oak. He previously was in the public school system, falling more and more behind with each passing year....

White oak is a great school. I highly recommend this school. I went there from 6th grade to 12th grade. The teachers at white oak school taught me the skills necessary to go on to college.
