It is a very good school with lots of culture and history, from the football season to end of year activities and everything in between. It's over all a great school

I'm a senior at Wetumpka High School right now and there have been many changes made to my school. We have a new principal who is fixing things up. My best experience was with the basketball team or in my classes when everyone got involved in the activity. My worst experience was the transformation from being virtual as an 8th grader to being in person as a freshman. This school isn't that bad but it's not entirely strict on safety but extremely strict on keeping the students in school.

Wetumpka has a great learning environment and is very diverse. It could do better safety-wise. Some of the teachers care about your grades and your future and do their best to help you. They have a very good band and are very much involved with music. One thing they definitely need to fix about the school is the school lunch. A lot of the food tastes like they just microwaved it and they serve the same food some days.
