Racist. Half the teachers there have taught there for over a decade and don't help students at all by just sitting on at their desk and not asking if anyone needs help. The highschool Science teacher there even said this, and I repeat, "If you cry I'll give you bonus points." This is how you encourage your students to be better in your class? I see the highschool English teacher there also follows this rule too, with their hardy attitude of teaching does nothing for education.
