Hands down best elementary school in New Hanover County! Our family and so many others absolutely adore this school. There are some good teachers at Parsley Elementary school, but maybe one per grade. You will be lucky if you child goes to that class. Otherwise, you are stuck with poorly trained teachers, whose only concern is preparing for the test, guess how?... through more testing! The instruction starts and f...
