We all live in a small town, everyone knows eachother. This can have its benefits and drawbacks as you could guess. There are many great classes to take and for the most part, all the teachers are friendly and great at their jobs.

My favorite aspect of Windber Area High School is its teaching staff. Each and every teacher at Windber is willing to teach their students in the best possible ways. They care and cherish the value of education, and believe that every student deserves the chance to become someone in a never-ending, changing society.

I love how small Windber Area High School is. The average class size is around 30 kids. This allows students to spend one on one time with teachers. I also like the amount of after school activities, there is something to do for everyone.

This school is great, my children are excited to learn and love their school and their friends. However, there is some racism and bullying but it's always handled quickly and efficiently. There's never any homework given to the kids which is a problem for me since I never know what they are learning...

There's not a lot of bullying, but no diversity at all. The guidance counselor is extremely kind and helpful, and most of the teachers really do care about their students.
