I would like to see the parents not be so harsh on the teachers. The teachers that I have talked to after high school have stated that the parents were overbearing and were a reason why they were either retiring or looking for different employers.

This school is a good place... if you like sports. If you are different from the culture then you are immediately shoved aside by the students. Most of the teachers care enough to include and encourage you. Also, the academics are not that great. It relies heavily on the "No Child Left Behind" Program. That is great if you are a below average or average kid, but not so great if you are gifted and talented.

The cafeteria gives you a expanded lunch menu throughout the year. The food quality is good and the fruit/vegetable bar is extremely healthy and delicious.

My daughter move here over a year ago and is doing very well adjusting to everything around her. She met new friends the first day and her teachers are Great! She is getting the help she needs to continue on to her next year. When she came here, her school that she left was not as advanced as Southe...
