Overall, I have had a good experience at Kofa. I have had some really good teachers and the principal and assistant principals have been kind and supportive.

I would say my experience was decent and it was overall a good experience. I made some pretty amazing friends. I have learned so much and I know I will always remember the good memories and carry them with me as I go along.

As a Kofa student, I feel I have had to learn a lot of things about my school not through the school itself, but through fellow classmates. The only way to be 100% informed as to what is going on is if you have social media. Kofa is a good school, but it is sad seeing how students don't seem to have any school spirit. There is little energy in the students to be a community or to participate in their classes.

This school has improved so much during a few years. When my sister was a freshman, gangs were everywhere. the next year, they began to make rules a lot more strict, and has made the school a much safer and better place. Sure there is still gangs, but every HS in Yuma does, and is unavoidable. Now I...
