Walking to nearby parks, Central Sheboygan residents pass by plenty of Dutch Colonials, Nationals, duplexes and ranch-style homes. Most homes have big front porches next to trees and sidewalks, and some homes have lush gardens in the front yard. Prices range from $120,000 to $300,000. In South Pier, condos are more common in complexes like Marina Vista Condos and Blue Harbor Resort.
