Lake Ketchum is primarily a rural area with farmland and thick forestry surrounding a small lake, just 5 miles north of Stanwood, as the Skagit River flows west of the neighborhood. New Traditional multi-story homes with muted exteriors go for similar prices. Lake Ketchum Road wraps around the lake, lending a handful of waterfront properties.
