"If they need our assistance, they'll call us and we'll always come. If we need them, they'll always come," Sharon says. Affordability is helping to drive Waldron's growth, according to Rory. "A lot of people from Texas have moved down here in the last few years because you can buy a bigger place and still have money left in the bank," says Rory, the broker and owner at United Country - Country Living Realty.
