The community has a CAP Index Crime Score of 1 out of 10, lower than the national average of 4. “Unless you’re going in there for something, a lot of people don’t know about it,” says Marcia Lichtenwalner, a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty who sells throughout Wellington and Palm Beach County. “It’s a really nice community because it’s private, it’s quiet, and not a lot of cars are zooming through it.” Ranch-style homes, New Traditionals and Colonial Revivals are the main options in the neighborhood and range from $600,000 to $900,000.
