West Nyack is an unassuming suburb on the west side of the Hudson River. Despite lacking a direct train line to New York City, it draws people who commute to Manhattan. “It’s about a 25-minute drive, maybe a little less, to get to the George Washington Bridge in Manhattan,” says Glenda Koda, an associate real estate broker at Howard Hanna Rand Realty.
