Why Live in Rogersville-Bradley Creek

Located just off of its namesake waterway, Rogersville-Bradley Creek is a secluded and primarily residential neighborhood, but major shopping and dining options are just around the corner. “I just love it here,” says Glenda Newell, who works with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and lives in the area. “There are so many things to do and so many interesting people to meet. It’s growing rapidly, but I have my acre with my woods, my birds and my dogs.” The area is made up of several smaller neighborhoods and subdivisions where properties can range from smaller condos with no driveways to single-family homes that sit farther back on larger lots off of Rogersville Road. Along tree-lined streets ending in cul-de-sacs, housing styles vary from brick Craftsmans to two-story colonials. The oldest homes in the neighborhood date back to the mid-1970s, but some were built as recently as 2024.
