Why Live in SilverLeaf
SilverLeaf, 17 miles from St. Augustine, is one of the largest master-planned communities in northeast Florida. SilverLeaf is favored for its convenience and community amenities. “Location-wise, it’s easy to get in and out of there,” says Dana Hancock, a broker with Re/MAX who has been working in the industry for 27 years. Construction on SilverLeaf began in 2019 and is set to be completed in 2047. The development is organized into smaller sections of homes, townhouses and villas. There is currently one amenity center, but developers plan to open another in 2026, followed by three more in the future. Once completed, each section should have access to a park, a playground, a pool, tennis courts, a dog park, pickleball courts and a fitness center. Single-family homes, townhouses and villas line winding streets that end in cul-de-sacs. Sidewalks border most homes, which include two- or three-car garages. SilverLeaf has 10 builders designing new traditional-style homes. “There’s a bunch of different builders, but for the most part, the houses look pretty similar,” says Hancock.
Townhouses range in price from $280,000 to $480,000. Single-family homes with up to four bedrooms range
