Northeast York is a mixed-use neighborhood in York, Pennsylvania, combining industrial properties, homes, rentals and office space. Tucked under Codorus Creek as it bends northeast, the neighborhood offers a blend of older housing ranging from newly remodeled homes to fixer-uppers, public transit on Market and Philadelphia streets, and proximity to the eateries, events and museums in historic downtown York, just a few blocks west of the neighborhood. York City schools serve this neighborhood.
