Fred Smith was raised in Birmingham, where he attended The Altamont School and graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a degree in Marketing. Fred obtained his real estate license in 1995 and his broker’s license in 1998. Since then, he has built and rehabbed numerous houses and has enjoyed assisting others in buying and selling real estate. Fred is a Lifetime Member of the Club of Excellence.
