Jade Park is a community of late 20th-century manufactured homes that occupies the southwest corner of the Interstate 25 and Paseo Del Norte Boulevard intersection. It’s also one of the few communities in the Northeast Heights where manufactured homes come with the land they’re on. “People like that they’re on larger lots, and they’re not lined up like a mobile home park,” says Mandy Erickson, the owner of Sunshine Property Management and Sales. “They have flexibility because they own the land.
