Kirtland Community is a small slice of south Albuquerque that sits in the shadow of several long-standing regional institutions. “It’s essentially right across the road from the University of New Mexico,” says Real Estate Broker Austin Wolff of The Lovely Home Company, who has 10 years of experience in the area. “It’s also got quick access to Kirtland Air Force Base, so it’s a good option if you’re moving for school or work.
