Parkland Hills is a midcentury Albuquerque neighborhood defined by its postwar development and its unusual street planning. “It was developed in the 1950s, after World War II,” says Realtor and Associate Broker Mark Rutherford with Realty One of New Mexico, who has over 10 years of experience in the area. “There are lots of trees, and it’s very walkable.
