Northridge Heights is one of Ames' more sought-after neighborhoods for its newer homes and distance from the hustle and bustle that forms around Iowa State University. However, residents still maintain access to all the city's best amenities, including trendy dining options, well-maintained public green spaces and NCAA Division I athletic events at the university.
