On Atlanta's active west side, a few miles from Georgia Tech, the Knight Park-Howell Station neighborhood is a center of redevelopment and burgeoning commercial interest. "Huge investment dollars are being poured into this area, especially because of the nearby Westside Reservoir Park that opened a couple of years ago," says local Realtor Juli St. George of Keller Williams Realty Intown Atlanta. She's sold homes across Atlanta for over a decade. "They're bringing in a lot of commercial infrastructure to support residents, including tons of restaurants."
