Conceived by community members as a hub for local arts, job training and more, Baltimore Unity Hall sits right on the other side of Eutaw Place. Artist studios and co-working spaces are available for rent, as well as a shared kitchen and even an auditorium. Locals catch an Os game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards or see a show at The Lyric Opera House; they head to Mt. Vernon for nightlife. Madison Park is also home to the Lillie Carroll Jackson Civil Rights Museum, a free museum located in Dr. Jackson's home, which Morgan State University restored.

Schools for Madison Park students
The Baltimore City Public Schools board plans to close Eutaw Marshburn Elementary School, which is central within the community, at the end of the 2023 school year, along with nearby Steuart Hill Academy and New Era Academy. If the closure passes, students will be zoned for Dorothy I. Height Elementary School, Historic Samuel Coleridge-Taylor Elementary School or Furman Templeton Preparatory Academy. The latter two each earn a C-minus from Niche. From there, they may attend Booker T. Washington Middle School—also earning a C-minus—before finishing at Frederick Douglass High School. Founded in 1883, the high school once taught Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall and earns a C from Niche. Madison Park is also close to the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), the oldest independent degree-granting college of art and design in the United States, and The University of Baltimore.
Dorothy I. Height Elementary School is a public school serving grades PK-5.

Eutaw Place Median Park forms a tree-shaded walkway that runs the length of the Madison Park neighborhood, separating it from nearby Boltin Hill. This neighborhood is going through gentrification about 10 years ago it was predominantly African American and blue collar now very diverse and white collar. Most of the residents are professional millennial, young families, and out of state residents. Its an up and coming neighborhood.
