The suburban neighborhood of South Central Billings sits on the border of both the older neighborhoods at the city’s core and the newer development along its western edge. The area occupies a transitional space — neither entirely suburban nor fully urban, shaped by postwar housing, commercial and industrial zones, and major thoroughfares.
