Mountain Meadows is a secluded neighborhood about 10 miles west of Boulder, offering residents panoramic mountain views, privacy and adventure. The area features numerous hiking and biking trails, such as Sugarloaf Mountain Trail and Boulder Canyon Trail, making outdoor recreation easily accessible. The Betasso Preserve, located less than 4 miles east, provides additional trails, plus fishing and picnicking. Homes in Mountain Meadows are primarily multistory mountainside properties from the 1970s, as well as some smaller, more traditional homes and cabins.
The neighborhood's proximity to downtown Boulder provides convenient access to shopping, dining and top-rated schools such as Flatirons Elementary, Casey Middle, and Boulder High. Residents use Sugarloaf Road to connect to Colorado state Highway 119 or Peak to Peak Highway, so they can travel to either Boulder or Nederland in the west.
