The area is very close to a variety of restaurants, stores, gyms and trails. The neighborhood is decent. There are residential area for seniors near Fernwood St and Boulder Hill Pass thus nearest these areas are where it is most quiet. There is Longbeach Elementary, Plank Middle school and Oswego East highschool. Education is pretty school as the schools are well funded. Overall living here is a good place.
