Almost entirely residential, this community is known for its midcentury-style homes, scattered ponds and warm atmosphere. “It gives you that Minnesota feel where everybody’s your neighbor,” says Chris Yarbro, an associate with Re/Max Advantage Plus. “It’s one of those areas where we all grew up and came back to raise our own kids.” The area has about half a dozen ponds, often creating a modest waterfront view.
