Just north of communities like Crystal and New Hope, Sunny Lane is also convenient for shopping, restaurants and public parks. Well-worn sidewalks follow streets lined with oaks and jack pines. "You're going to see a lot of those three-bed, one-bath ramblers out there," says Eric Redlinger, an agent with Coldwell Banker Burnet-Fridley. "Anything else is an outlier." Prices for these houses range from the mid-$200,000s to the low $400,000s, depending on renovation and amenities. Two-story townhouses are also popular and typically sell for somewhere in the low to mid-$200,000s. Students generally begin at Oak View Elementary School, which has a B-minus from Niche, before heading to Maple Grove Middle School, which has a B-plus.
