Broomfield’s Redleaf neighborhood is small, with just under 500 homes. The community was one of the first in the area to offer both luxury and affordable housing options. The landscaping is well-maintained; parks, scenic trails and mature trees are scattered throughout. The neighborhood overlooks Broomfield Commons, which features open spaces, walking trails, sports fields, a playground and a dog park.
