Tucked between the borough of Penns Grove and on the cusp of farmland, Carneys Point blends rural landscapes with a small town brimming with local businesses that plan to keep growing. Quiet tree-lined streets give way to 20th-century single-family homes on roomy lots, while several new 21st-century subdivisions are popping up. Median home prices hover around $225,000, ranging from the low $100,000s to mid-$400,000s.
