Residential area in Chicago with parks
Adjacent to Chicago’s South Loop, Dearborn Park is a primarily residential neighborhood connected by well-maintained sidewalks that give its residents easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities. Tree-lined urban streets and numerous neighborhood parks provide Dearborn Park residents with a nice amount of green space that is not often found in a downtown setting. “The location is super nice. It’s kind of off the busy street, so cars aren’t cutting through. It’s very pedestrian-friendly,” says Real Estate Broker Scott Berg with Berg Properties, who has over 20 years of experience.
