Kenwood’s leafy suburban atmosphere of single-family is met with convenience to schools and the outdoors. “The biggest draw is that you can walk to Heritage Park Sports Complex, the Clarksville Greenway and all three schools,” says Tori Thompson, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. “It’s a great location if you have kids and enjoy outdoor activities.” The neighborhood is also right by a major commercial corridor. And with the neighborhood being close to the center of Clarksville, most other areas of the city are no more than 10 to 20 minutes away, including Fort Campbell, which has put Clarksville on the map as a major military town. Kenwood features single-family homes built between the 1980s and ‘90s, along with a few from the early 2000s.
