Kenwood’s leafy suburban atmosphere of single-family is met with convenience to schools and the outdoors. “The biggest draw is that you can walk to Heritage Park Sports Complex, the Clarksville Greenway and all three schools,” says Tori Thompson, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. “It’s a great location if you have kids and enjoy outdoor activities.” The neighborhood is also right by a major commercial corridor.
