He served as a buyer's agent in 2024 and says his client was drawn to the friendliness of the neighborhood. “He talked to the neighbor across the street, and they were very welcoming,” says Evans. “People communicate with each other here and keep their yards nice and neat.” This residential community has less than 300 houses and low-traffic streets with sidewalks. “We’d be out here during the day and see people walking their dogs,” Evans says. While the neighborhood is away from bustling activity, it's located along Peachers Mill Road, which takes residents to nearby stores and restaurants.
