The Clermont neighborhood of Spring Valley offers a selection of single-family homes with direct access to local shopping, dining and good schools. Constructed in the early 2000s, this community of 435 homes features six floor plans. Most are between 1,100 and 1,600 square feet have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Homes have large yards.
