The Clermont neighborhood of Spring Valley offers a selection of single-family homes with direct access to local shopping, dining and good schools. Constructed in the early 2000s, this community of 435 homes features six floor plans. Most are between 1,100 and 1,600 square feet have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Homes have large yards. Oak trees line the streets. “Spring Valley has a great in-town location right off Highway 27 and just south of Highway 50,” says Eileen Costigan, a Realtor with EOLA Realty. “It’s close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and medical centers with easy access to Florida’s Turnpike.” Prices range from $280,000 to $400,000, with ranch-style properties dominating the area. “It’s a community that appeals to all types of buyers, especially first-timers,” says Costigan. The community has an HOA, with fees over $350 yearly.
